We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the ReelStack service and to communicate with you about your account and platform updates. Usage data helps us understand how creators interact with the product so we can prioritize new features. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Sharing

We share data with a limited set of third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payment processing). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We do not share your content categories or platform affiliations with advertisers.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Anonymised aggregate usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
