By accessing or using ReelStack you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of Service

ReelStack is a video creator workflow and content pipeline planning tool operated by Rynova Tech LLC. The platform does not automatically post content to any third-party platform on your behalf. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the service.

User Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you plan and manage using ReelStack. By using the platform you grant Rynova Tech LLC a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely to provide the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws.

Adult Content Policy

ReelStack supports creators who legally produce adult content. You are responsible for ensuring your content and activities comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of service of any platforms you publish on. ReelStack does not host or distribute adult content; it is a planning tool only.

Subscription and Billing

Subscription plans and pricing are described on our pricing page. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms of service. Billing terms, refund policies, and cancellation procedures will be detailed on the billing page when payment integration is complete.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that engage in any activity harmful to other users or to Rynova Tech LLC. You may delete your account at any time from the Danger Zone section of your settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rynova Tech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ReelStack. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
